Create multiple App Store screenshots at once with Rotato
Create a consistent set of store images from your screenshots.
Prepare a consistent composition, then let Rotato repeat it for each screen in your app.
Prepare the artwork
- Export the screenshots you want to show at the same screen dimensions.
- Give each file a readable name if you want its name to become a caption.
- Create a composition with one device and import a representative screenshot.
- Set the camera, background, and labels. Save this as your starting project.
Generate the images
- Select the screenshots in Finder and drop them onto the device to start a batch.
- Choose an output folder.
- Enable Use file name as label if you want a different caption for each image.
- Save the snapshots and wait for the batch to finish.
The filename option writes to the first device's supported 3D label. It does not automatically rewrite a separate 2D text overlay. Keep shared text in an overlay and use the device label for captions that change with each screenshot.
Review the set
Check long captions and screens with different layouts. If one needs special framing, open your saved composition and export that image separately.
For multiple output sizes, see export a set of App Store images. For repeatable project automation, see the Rotato CLI.
