Send useful details to Rotato support

Help us reproduce the problem by sending a short description and the smallest project that shows it.

Include the details

Send an email to help@rotato.app with:

• Your Rotato version and build number.
• Your macOS version and Mac model.
• The steps that lead to the problem, what you expected, and what happened.
• A screenshot or short recording when the problem is visual.

For an animation issue, include the affected time in the movie and the device or track you were editing.

Prepare a reproducible project

Save a copy and remove unrelated content. Include the source video or audio if the problem depends on it. Replace private artwork with a sample that still reproduces the issue.

If the issue happens only in a rendered movie, include the export settings and a short sample of the output. A saved project and its output let us compare editing and rendering directly.
