License not working on Rotato Web

Rotato for Mac and Rotato for Web use different activation flows.

Check which product you are opening

The Mac app uses a license code. The browser app uses an account sign-in. A Mac license code is not a password for the browser app.

The help version picker selects the instructions you read. It does not change your app or license.

Resolve a purchase mismatch

If you bought access for the wrong product or cannot tell which purchase you have, email help@rotato.app with your order number and the app you want to use. Support can check the purchase and explain the available options.
