Record a screen video without animation

You can show a recording inside a device while the hardware and camera remain still.

Keep the frame still

1. Open a scene and save a working copy.
2. Remove unwanted camera and device movement blocks from that copy.
3. Set the camera and device to the angle you want to keep.
4. Add your recording to the device's Screen track.
5. Set the clip timing and inspect the movie duration.

Do not delete the screen clip when clearing movement. Camera motion, device motion, and screen playback have separate tracks.

Check and render

Press Space and watch the recording play. Confirm that the camera and device stay still and that the video ends where intended. Click Render Movie to export.
