Take screenshots directly from your iPhone

Capture your connected iPhone's screen directly into a Rotato mockup.

Mirror and capture

1. Connect the iPhone or iPad to the Mac with a data-capable USB cable.
2. Unlock the device and accept the trust prompt if shown.
3. Choose Mirror when it becomes available in Rotato's toolbar.
4. Show the desired screen on the phone.
5. Click Snapshot and save or drag out the rendered image.

Check the cable, unlocked state, and macOS camera permission for Rotato. See USB mirroring troubleshooting for the diagnostic steps.

For an interaction rather than a still, record the phone.
