Rendering multiple screenshots in a batch
Render as many mockups as you need in one go
Create several still mockups with the same composition and different screen artwork.
Prepare the composition
Use a composition with one device. Set the camera, background, and labels using one representative screenshot. Save the project before starting the batch.
Render the batch
- Select the source screenshots in Finder.
- Drop them onto the device to use the batch snapshot workflow.
- Choose a destination folder in the batch dialog.
- Enable Use file name as label if the filenames should become captions on the first device’s supported 3D label. This does not rewrite separate 2D text overlays.
- Choose the App Store size options when you need a set of store images, then save the snapshots.
Importing several files with Add screen contents in a device's timeline instead creates a timed screen sequence. Use that workflow for a movie, rather than a batch of separate stills.
Review the output
Open the destination folder and check each image for cropping and label length. For store uploads, compare the resulting dimensions with the current requirements in App Store Connect.
For repeatable automation from saved projects, see the Rotato CLI.
