Animate a title with a preset

Start with a 2D text overlay, then choose an animation for its entrance or exit.

Apply a preset

1. Select the text overlay.
2. Scroll down to Animation in the Style inspector.
3. Open the preset menu and choose Slide, or another animation.
4. Press Play to watch the entrance and exit.

For Slide, use Direction to choose where the words come from. Adjust Speed, Stagger, or Intensity to change the motion. Keep the title visible long enough to read before its exit.

Check the result in context

Play the section with the moving device behind the title. Avoid making both elements demand attention at exactly the same time.

If you edit individual text keyframes after choosing a preset, inspect the beginning and end again. Keep the title's overall lifespan long enough for its animation and reading time.
